These sample terms apply to the Tend alpha. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.

The service

Tend helps you remember recurring parts of life maintenance: household care, health upkeep, relationships, pets, vehicles, and life admin. The alpha is provided as-is for testing and feedback.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Use a valid email address you control. During closed alpha, registration may be limited to invited emails.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service. Do not use Tend for unlawful purposes or to store sensitive data that requires specialized compliance (for example, regulated health records beyond personal reminders).

Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features during alpha without notice. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Data and privacy

Your use of Tend is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what we store and how we handle it.
